Norwegian Apartments and Property Rental AS is a private property management company specializing in the rental of detached houses and apartments in central Eastern Norway. With many years of experience in property management, we have established ourselves as a reliable and significant player in the rental market, known for our ability to offer tailor-made solutions to both the corporate market, embassies and private individuals.

In recent years, we have focused especially on renting to the corporate market, where we focus on 3 segments:

1. Rental of furnished large detached houses to staffing (and craftsman) companies
2. Rental of modern high-end apartments and detached houses to embassies and expats.
3. Rental of city center apartments to companies and private individuals.

Due to our targeted focus on our customers’ needs, we are currently experiencing historically high growth. Therefore, we are constantly looking for new properties to include in our portfolio, so that we can meet the increasing demand from our tenants.

We always have significantly more homes available for rent than advertised, as many of our properties are often rented through our established network before they reach the open market. We currently manage and rent out approximately 80 residential properties centrally located in Eastern Norway.

Types of homes we rent out

• Large detached houses (furnished/unfurnished) with 4-12 rooms for staffing and craftsman/contractor companies in Eastern Norway.
• Modern 1-4 bedroom apartments at Tjuvholmen, Aker Brygge, Vika, Bjørvika and Majorstuen for diplomats, expats and private tenants.
• High-end exclusive properties (top of the line) for embassies. This includes, among other things, very exclusive apartments in Tjuvholmen, Aker Brygge and Sørenga (120-230 sq m), as well as detached houses (230-650 sq m) in Oslo West and in Bærum.

The detached houses are located in Lørenskog, Lillestrøm, Strømmen, Oslo, Jessheim, Ås, Ski, Lier and Drammen. The apartments are located in Aker Brygge, Tjuvholmen, Bjørvika, Frogner and Majorstuen.
