We are looking for single-family homes and apartments for rent

We are looking for single-family homes with a minimum of 4 bedrooms in Oslo, Bærum, Lørenskog, Lillestrøm, Rælingen, Ullensaker, Skedsmo, Fetsund, Jessheim, Asker, Ski and Drammen, with areas from 140 to 550 sq m. Please note that we are only interested in entire single-family homes, not dormitories or basement apartments.

We are also looking for apartments in attractive areas such as Tjuvholmen, Bjørvika, Sørenga, Frogner, Majorstuen and Vika.

As a property management company specializing in subletting to corporate clients, embassies and private individuals, we currently have 20 apartments in Tjuvholmen, Sørenga and Frogner, as well as 60 detached homes in Oslo and Akershus.

We rent both unfurnished and furnished homes. When entering into a lease, we document the condition of the home by taking photos together with the landlord. This ensures that the home is returned in exactly the same condition at the end of the lease.

Due to high demand from our corporate clients, we are particularly interested in single-family homes in Oslo and Akershus. We offer long-term leases (preferably 3 years), where we pay rent as an ordinary tenant, with 1 month’s deposit. We adapt to your needs, whether the home is furnished or unfurnished.
